I don't know much about Billy Watkins, and not much is find-out-able about him. "Tight Blue Jeans" is a very early R&B recording with a "calypso twist". "My One and Only One" is a slower vocal song. Other tracks by Billy Watkins appear on a number of compilations of early R&B/Soul. This appears to be one of his rarer recordings.
