Book Review - The Mystery Of Personal Instant Transformation by Dr. Jill Ammon-Wexler

Another great book that demystifies and applies positive thinking techniques.  This is the second book I've read by Dr. Jill Ammon-Wexler and I have to again point out how happy I am to find someone sewing together the spiritual and the scientific like she does. The basis of the book takes many forms of amazing human ability that most of us are familiar with, fire-walking, Buddhist meditation, succeeding to some high goal with few or limited resources, and demonstrates the science of the brain in relation to these achievements. Which on a practical level for the reader helps eliminate doubt. It's one thing to hear about people fire-walking and how amazing that is, and another to have an explanation as to how your brain can give your body the same ability. Much of her book covers the mechanism and impact of negative thoughts, and how important doing things, like day-dreaming, mechanically as an elixir to those processes. I found this book a great refresher course on things I need to remember to forget.
