We change gears this week with a new collection of vinyl LPs. A sweet and neurotically cared for personal collection of LPs has been consigned to us, and its full of 60s and 70s treasures.So we're moving away from the obscure soul and psych 45s. This week we have original vinyl from The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Neil Young, Ruth Brown, and the box sets of Bob Dylan's "Bootleg Series" release in the early 2000s.
Plus, we get into the minutiae of first pressings of Meet The Beatles and Please Please Me, and banter on the nixing of the Yellow Submarine remake. Also, Ringo's birth home nearer to demolition in the news, and last week's Top 5 vinyl sales on eBay.
