Early Davy Jones (1945-2012) - From 3rd single as David Jones "The Girl From Chelsea"

Born David Thomas Jones, he was an actor before he was a pop singer, appearing in BBC soap operas and crime dramas until the age of 14 when his mother passed away. He then took up race horse jockeying until coming back to the stage in Oliver. The cast made an appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show the same night as The Beatles first appearance. This single was recorded the following year.
